The AI Operator Cohort
Six weeks to get your team actually using AI — built on Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude, in the Microsoft 365 you already pay for. For operations and team leaders in established small businesses who want adoption that sticks, with the guardrails built in.

AI is everywhere — but it still isn't how your team works
You’ve seen what AI can do. Maybe one or two keen people on the team are quietly using it. But across the business it’s still a novelty — a clever demo, not the way the work actually gets done.
Meanwhile you’re already paying for Microsoft 365, and most of what it can do sits untouched. The gap isn’t the technology — it’s turning scattered, ad-hoc experiments into shared, repeatable workflows the whole team uses, safely, day in and day out.
That’s exactly what this cohort is built to fix — using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude in the Microsoft 365 you already own, not another tool to buy and bolt on.
Who it's for — and who it's not
This is for you if…
- ✓You lead operations or a team in an established small business (not a startup experiment).
- ✓Your team already lives in Microsoft 365 — Teams, Outlook, SharePoint — and you want more from it.
- ✓A few keen people are dabbling with AI, but it hasn't become how the work actually gets done.
- ✓You want adoption that sticks across the team, with sensible guardrails — not a one-off demo.
It’s probably not for you if…
- ✕You want a tool you can buy once and never think about again.
- ✕You're looking for a generic ChatGPT prompt course with no connection to your real work.
- ✕You're a pre-revenue startup still figuring out the business itself.
- ✕You're not willing to put a few hours a week into building something with your team.
The two tools — and why you'll learn both
Copilot and Claude aren’t an either/or. They do different jobs, and a good operator knows when to reach for each.
Microsoft 365 Copilot
Your inside engine — it lives in Teams, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, works with your internal data, and turns the Microsoft 365 you already pay for into real output.
Claude
Your across-the-business engine — pulling and cross-referencing data from outside Microsoft 365 (think Xero, your CRM, meeting notes), where you need reasoning across different systems.
In six weeks you’ll learn both, so you leave knowing exactly where each one earns its keep — and which of your team members actually need which.
What you’ll want to take part
- ✓Microsoft 365 (Business Standard or above) — your team already uses this
- ✓A Copilot licence for you, the operator, to follow along hands-on — we'll help you work out who on the team needs one
- ✓Claude — you'll use it with me in the sessions; you don't need your own subscription to start, and you'll learn exactly where it's worth adding
This isn’t about buying every tool before you begin. It’s about understanding both — so you equip your team properly and don’t pay for licences nobody uses.

Everything you need to make it stick
A systems operator, not an AI hype merchant
I’m Greg Roworth. I help established small businesses turn AI from a novelty into how the work actually gets done — using Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude. I’m a SYSTEMology®-certified practitioner and a Microsoft 365 modern-workplace specialist, and I build real software and AI tools for clients every week.
That combination matters: I think in systems, not one-off prompts, so what we build in six weeks keeps working after the cohort ends. No hype, no jargon, no “rip out everything you own” — just practical adoption built on the tools your team already has.
